Terms

Last updated 9 October 2026

These are the terms for using Pagecuts. They are written to be read. By making an ad you agree to them.

What Pagecuts does

You give us a web address. Pagecuts reads that page, designs a 15-second video ad from what it finds there, and shows you a preview for free. If you want the finished files, you buy the kit.

“We” and “Pagecuts” mean the business that runs pagecuts.com. You can reach us at hello@pagecuts.com.

Your account

An account is an email address you have confirmed with a code. You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract for yourself or for the business you act for. Keep the links we email you to yourself: they open your files.

An account can hold three previews it has not bought. Buying one makes room for another.

Pages you may use

Only make ads for pages you own or have permission to advertise. You are responsible for what is on the page, and for any instructions and photos you give us. Do not use Pagecuts for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful. We may refuse a page or remove an ad.

What we make, and what you may do with it

  • The preview is free to watch and to share by its link. It carries our mark. You may not remove the mark or run the preview as an ad.
  • The kit, once you have paid for it, is yours to use to advertise and promote your business, anywhere, for as long as you like.
  • Your material stays yours. We claim no rights in your words, pictures, logos or brand. You let us use them only to make, store and deliver your ad.
  • We do not show your ad as an example without asking you first.

Check the ad before you run it

Ads are designed by an AI model. We check the claims in each ad against the words on your page, but mistakes are possible. Before you run an ad, check that everything in it is accurate and that it meets the rules of the platforms you advertise on and the law where you advertise. We do not promise any result from running it.

Price and payment

A kit costs US$19, paid once, per ad. We sometimes offer a lower price for a limited time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card number. The price is in US dollars, so your bank may add its own conversion fee. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Sharing an ad

An ad’s page can be shared by its link. Anyone with the link can watch the ad, and can buy the kit for it. The files themselves open only for you and for whoever paid.

Fair use of the service

Do not try to get around the limits, the mark or the checks, overload the service, or use it to send email to people who have not asked for it. The API and the tools for AI assistants may be used within the same limits.

Other people’s brands

The examples on this site include demo ads made from public pages of well-known brands, to show what Pagecuts produces. We are not affiliated with those brands. If you own a brand shown here and want it removed, write to hello@pagecuts.com and we will remove it.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Pagecuts running, but we do not promise it will always be available, and we may change or withdraw features. We may delete previews that have not been bought after 30 days. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Beyond those rights, and as far as the law allows, Pagecuts is provided as it is, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or advertising spend.

Ending

You can stop using Pagecuts at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and your ads. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
